Kelsey Wideman, PA-C

Physician Assistant, Beacon Medical Group

Kelsey is the Physician Assistant in the practice, and started working at the residency at the end of 2017. After graduating PA school, she spent two years working in the ER in Plymouth, Indiana before joining E. Blair Warner Family Medicine Center and Residency.  Her passion has always been family medicine, and she loves working with everyone here from faculty physicians to FM residents. She has special interests in urgent care (especially things like laceration repair and abscess drainage) and tropical medicine.

Kelsey grew up overseas and then returned to the United States to attend undergrad at Taylor University, followed by PA school at Butler University. She and her husband have lived here in South Bend since 2015, and enjoy travel, art projects, food and tabletop games.
