Eric Donabedian, Pharm.D. (edonabedian@beaconhealthsystem.org) received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University in 2026. His professional interests include emergency medicine, critical care, and inpatient staffing. Upon completion of residency, he plans to pursue a career in the emergency department and/or inpatient staffing. For his research project, Eric is comparing IM ketamine to IM benzodiazepines + antipsychotics +/- diphenhydramine for symptomatic control of agitation within the emergency department.  Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, attending baseball games, spending time with friends/family, and taking his dog on walks.  

Joshua Honaker, Pharm.D. (jhonaker@beaconhealthsystem.org) received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in May of 2026. His professional interests include addiction medicine, emergency medicine, and psychiatrics. Upon completion of residency, Joshua is planning a career involving staffing responsibilities with the goals of being a clinical specialist and eventually taking on an administrative role. His research project for the 2026-2027 residency year will evaluate outcomes of warfarin patients before and after the implementation of a transition of care service.
