Requirements:

• Successful completion of a three-year accredited general cardiology fellowship program
• ABIM board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular disease
• The accepted applicant must obtain a full Michigan license
• A valid ECFMG certificate for all foreign medical graduates

Application:
Applicants interested in a position starting July 1st need to apply through ERAS. Completed applications must be submitted by October 1. Interviews will be held October-November. Invitations to interview will be sent via e-mail or phone call. We require the following information (via ERAS):

• ERAS application
• CV
• Personal statement
• Three letters of recommendation (one of which must be from your current director/department chair)
• USMLE transcripts
• Valid ECFMG certificate (if foreign medical graduate)
• Photo
