Kylie Ferguson, Pharm.D. (kjferguson@beaconhealthsystem.org) received her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Toledo in 2025. Her professional interests include pharmaceutical industry, critical care, and infectious disease. Upon completion of residency, she plans on pursuing a career as a staff pharmacist or in pharmaceutical industry. For her research project, Kylie is evaluating the impact antimicrobial stewardship education has on the inappropriate treatment of urinary tract infections and asymptomatic bacteriuria in the emergency department.
Whitney Wolfe, Pharm.D. (wwolfe2@beaconhealthsystem.org) graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Masters in Pharmacogenomics from Manchester University College of Pharmacy in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her professional interests include Infectious Diseases, Cardiology, and Critical Care. For her residency project, Whitney is evaluating efficacy and safety of subanesthetic ketamine used for refractory pain. Upon completion of residency, she plans to pursue a clinical pharmacist position.
