Hometown: Poseyville, IN
Bio: Hello! I grew up on a farm in the small town of St. Wendel, Indiana and attended North Posey High School. I then had the amazing opportunity to matriculate into my beloved alma mater, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. While competing on the Western Equestrian team and being active on campus, I found immense joy in serving and being part of my surrounding community. Right after graduating from The Woods, I had many cherishing experiences before starting my osteopathic medical education at Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine. I enjoy many activities which include equestrian riding, scuba diving, hiking, the occasional 5K, multiple types of workouts, video games, art appreciation, gardening, trying new foods and recipes, reading a good book, and spending time with family, friends, and fur babies.
Why Memorial: I’m super excited about being at Memorial! I’ll learn a lot here and will be able to efficiently and effectively serve my future community’s needs. I enjoy many aspects of family medicine, but my true passion is of preventative care and connecting my patients with the resources they need. Memorial offers outstanding fellowships, academic excellence, and caring faculty and staff. I know I will be well equipped to serve in whatever future community I am blessed to be a part of.
Clinical interests: Preventative medicine, rural medicine, women’s health, patient advocacy, procedures, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and medical education.
