Dr. Stull joined the faculty in 2026 immediately after finishing residency. Some of his administrative responsibilities for the program include coordination of international rotations for residents, guiding resident quality improvement projects, and arranging rotations for medical students.
He was born in Phoenix and grew up in McKinney, Texas. He completed a liberal arts degree in the Baylor University Honors College and subsequently pursued a number of newly discovered academic interests in the Fellowship in Theology, Medicine, and Culture at Duke Divinity School, where he earned a master’s degree. He attended medical school at Stanford University, where he spent two years doing research in philosophy and developmental biology. Ultimately, he was drawn to Family Medicine by a desire to learn how to care for the whole human person as a union of body and spirit, integrating his disparate academic interests within the practical context of care for patients of all kinds at different stages of life.
Why Memorial: Since my interview day as a medical student, Memorial has felt to me like a family. I have been received, heard, loved, and appreciated by our diverse and impressive group of residents and faculty. Some people even laugh at my puns. I have been supported in my desire to integrate my values and my clinical practice conscientiously. Furthermore, Memorial offers a unique range of clinical practice to family medicine doctors, so there is always much more to learn! And being near the University of Notre Dame has continued to nourish my spiritual and intellectual development.
