Hometown: Shelby Township, MI

Bio: I love to travel and experience new places, cultures, and foods. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, whether that’s a relaxed night in or a fun outing. I’m a big fan of country music concerts and consider myself a foodie who’s always excited to try new restaurants. I also love staying active through running, and in the fall, you can usually find me watching football and cheering on my favorite teams.

Why Memorial: I chose Memorial Hospital because from the very beginning, it felt like a true family atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in getting to know me. Several people took the time to reach out personally and share their own experiences and stories, which made a lasting impression and spoke to the strength of the program’s culture. It’s clear that this is a place where residents are valued and supported both professionally and personally. Being close to home is an added bonus, as it allows me to stay connected to my support system while training in an environment that feels

Clinical interests: I am interested in OB and hospitalist but also love clinic and building those lasting relationships with patients. I am also interested in doing some global health trips.

Hobbies: I enjoy staying active through running and love spending time baking, especially trying out new recipes. I also enjoy being creative, whether that’s through small projects or big projects. One of my favorite ways to relax is being on the water with my family, and I love traveling and experiencing new places whenever I get the chance.

Favorite quotes: “Do what you feel in your heart to be right- for you’ll be criticized anyway.” Eleanor Roosevelt,   “You can never be overdressed or overeducated.” Oscar Wilde,   “Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.” Will Rogers

Favorite books: People We Meet on Vacation, Better than the Movies, The Scarlet Letter

Favorite podcast: Not Gonna Lie, Giggly squad, Money meets medicine, Crime Junkie

Best advice: Every journey has its ups and downs but its important to keep going and enjoy the ride.

Favorite thing to do in South Bend/Mishawaka:  Farmers market, boating on the St. Joe, trying different coffee shops and restaurants
